HTP BSNL DOJ

Summary

HTP Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was awarded the prestigious Department of Justice (DOJ) 2992 courts connectivity project PAN India. These locations ranged from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Arunachal Pradesh to Lakshadweep. HTP Global Technologies have coordinated with the BSNL field team and the Department of Justice to provide seamless and the quickest possible deliveries to successfully install these nationwide MPLS-VPN links. All these links are connected via state-of-the-art Cisco Routers, which are also provided and are also currently being managed by HTP Global Technologies. We also help BSNL to create last mile through RF connectivity at some locations, where OFC media is not feasible to assure maximum links being connected on BSNL network.

Approach

Centralised Management of all locations:

Earlier all courts were connected and managed separately by respected High Courts and different state-wise WAN links. Under this project all courts were brought under one single centralized management.

Enhanced Security of Data:

Earlier, all data about a court’s day-to-day activities and case files were stored locally and uploaded once or twice a day to the centralized storage. This left scope for mismanagement and misuse of data. However, after implementation of this setup, courts upload data to this safe centralized storage in real time without the fear of data loss.

PAN India Field Presence:

We have deployed manpower at different locations to support these courts related to any hardware or network issue. We have also tied up with many vendors at different circles to extend our presence till class C & D cities

Approach

  • DOJ has achieved their target of connecting all their respective courts under a single centralised management, which was a direct, important and urgent directive from the honourable Supreme Court of India

  • Three extensions of these project’s managed services have already been given to HTP after its successful initial 2 year period.

  • Customer is also awarding HTP new upcoming new court link commissioning and management.
