Rajiv Jain
Late Mr. Rajiv Jain founded this company and its legacy in 1999, having relentlessly and passionately worked for this company since it’s inception. He has tirelessly given all his time, effort, blood, sweat and tears to the growth of this company.
He took this company from a small distribution company into being a system integration company to being one of the preferred IT managed services partner for many big organisations today both government and corporate.
Starting from a small two people office in mumbai, he grew HTP to have pan India presence and operations overseas as well.
Unfortunately, He succumbed to Covid in April 2021, having been working and thinking of the growth of this company till his sudden, untimely demise. Having experienced his passion and continuous hard work for this company and it’s legacy and wanting to make sure that all his years of passionate effort doesn’t go to waste is what drives the new directors to make sure that this company reaches all the heights and milestones he had envisaged for this company.

Irfan Mohammed is the Regional Sales Director at HTP Global Technologies. A dynamic business leader and technologist, he has successfully driven market expansion and growth for companies across IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Solutions, Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture.
Over the course of his 17-year career, Irfan has played a pivotal role in shaping innovative products and solutions built on emerging technologies, enabling organizations to thrive in competitive markets. He has consistently led bold business transformations, delivering measurable results and long-term value.
Passionate about continuous learning, Irfan advocates the importance of education and skill development at every stage of one’s professional journey. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

A legal veteran with over five decades of experience, Mr. G.M. Jain is the Founding Member and Chairman of our company. He oversees commercial contracts, accounting, and legal compliance, offering his vast expertise and wisdom as a respected mentor who continues to guide the organization with integrity and vision.
Seema Jain, Director
Mrs. Seema Jain, one of the company’s earliest directors, has long overseen finance and HR with intuition and care. Her warmth and interpersonal skills make her deeply valued. After her husband’s passing, she has taken a more active role, dedicated to honoring his legacy and guiding the company forward.
Vatsal Jain - Director
After the sudden loss of his father, Mr. Rajiv Jain, Mr. Vatsal Jain took charge as Managing Director at just 23. A business graduate from NMIMS with diverse experience, he relied on his mentors, senior team, and his father’s strong systems to guide the company through turbulent times with resolve and growth.
Siddhant Jain - Director
Our youngest and constantly evolving director, Mr. Siddhant Jain has recently started looking into the management of the company. Having studied business from Poddar world college, he brings his new age ideas to help give our tradition new perspectives and help us improve with up to date management ideas and practices.
